 إذا تم شحن الطلب، يخضع الإلغاء لسياسة المورد  -

 يحق للمنصة إلغاء أي طلب في حال تعذر توفير المنتج أو وجود خلل فني أو إداري، مع إعادة المبلغ للعميل بالكامل  -
